Montpelier Hunt Races: Montpelier, Virginia, First Weekend in November
Virginia Derby Exhibition, July 11Join other VEAA members for an exhibition on July 11th at Colonial Downs. The exhibition will be part of a party held to benefit the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation (TRF). The entry cost per artist is $45.00. Please let Debby Thomas (tthomas222@comcast.net) know if you will be attending and then mail your check to Wlima Bradner, Treasurer VEAA, P.O. Box 35614, Richmond, VA 23235.
VEAA Members' Paint-OutCome join other VEAA members for a Member's Paint-Out to be held at Doug & Elaine Hurst's farm near Port Republic, VA on Saturday, July 31, 9:30 - 4:30.
This is not a workshop but an opportunity to paint/draw/photograph from life -- both horses and landscape. Bring your own mediums and everything you need. Bring a lunch, Dave and Elaine will provide drinks. If it rains we'll paint in the barn.

VADAF Exhibition, September 11 - 12Join other VEAA members for an exhibition at the Virginia Dressage Association Fredericksburg (VADAF) two-day dressage competition at Rose Mount Farm in Spotsylvania, VA on September 11th and 12th.. VEAA participated in this event last year and had good sales. Please email Robyn Ryan (rryan@hughes.net) for more information if you wish to participate.

VEAA artists may send artwork to be included in a VEAA organized show at any event even if they are not able to attend the show themselves. Please see "Exhibit at VEAA Shows in Absentia" for details.
